Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a PCA or Nurse Tech in the Emergency Department to support patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. You will work as part of a compassionate team to help patients achieve their highest level of wellness.

Responsibilities include assisting with individualized care, performing designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks, and ensuring safety and comfort. BLS is required within one month of hire; CNA/CPCT credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or CNA/CPTC.
• BLS certification within 1 month of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in individualized patient care under RN/LPN direction.
• Perform designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks.
• Work cooperatively as part of a patient care team.
