Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) / Nurse Tech to assist with individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. This role is part-time, with two 12-hour night shifts per week, and requires BLS within one month and completion of PCA competencies within three months.

The position emphasizes teamwork, maintaining patient wellness, and performing designated clinical and non-clinical tasks essential to care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC, or enrolled in a healthcare program.
• Experience: None required.
• Certifications: BLS within 1 month of hire; PCA competencies within 3 months.
