Job summary

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Crewe is seeking a Patient Tracker for the Emergency Department to support coordinated patient flow, safety and efficiency. You will monitor waiting times, track specialty reviews, bed requests and moves, and work closely with clinical teams to maintain timely throughput and accurate activity records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow through the Emergency Department.
• Monitor waiting times, track specialty reviews, bed requests and moves to ensure timely throughput.
• Ensure escalation procedures are activated to meet the 4-hour target and address issues.
• Provide a comprehensive, confidential service to clinical and managerial teams and maintain detailed activity records.
