Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS Certification, CMA, EMT-Paramedic, LNA licenses preferred or required per role.
• 1–2 years of patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, weights/heights, intakes and outputs.
• Completes documentation in the medical record.
• Interacts with patients and families effectively.
• Assists with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Helps patients reposition and transports as needed.
• Reports concerns to nurses.
