Job summary

Qualifications

• Paramedic Training Program is required.
• 2 years of hospital and/or pre-hospital experience.
• Paramedic License issued by the State of Oklahoma required.
• Paramedic Certification by NREMT required.
• BLS by AHA required.
• PALS by AHA required within 3 months.
• ACLS by AHA required within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide care per OU Health policies and procedures.
• Carry out treatment plans with patient and care team.
• Maintain clear communication with attending physician and nurse.
• Observe and report patient signs or symptoms.
• Contribute information to care plan development.
• Assist nurse in delivering and documenting care.
