CHRISTUS Health is seeking an ED Paramedic to join the hospital’s Emergency Department patient care team on a PRN, per diem basis. You will work under physician supervision, provide advanced life support, administer medications, and assist nursing staff in patient care.

Requirements include an EMT-P license, a valid driver's license in the state of employment, and BLS certification. Duties include monitoring, phlebotomy, vital signs, and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced ED setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• DL in state of employment.
• EMT P license in state of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Operate monitoring equipment and record vital signs under physician supervision.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens as ordered.
• Assist in patient care and communicate clearly with patients and team.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and safe patient environment.
• Set up and assist with procedures as delegated by physicians.
