Job summary

UNC Health at Wayne UNC Health Care in North Carolina seeks a Nursing Assistant I to perform basic nursing skills and personal care under RN/LPN supervision. Responsibilities include measuring vitals, assisting with hygiene, meals, and mobility, while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Level I Nurse Aide training and competency evaluation program or its equivalent.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, any higher education from an accredited college will supersede this requirement.
• Current listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I registry.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support.

Responsibilities
