AdventHealth Celebration Health Emergency Department is seeking an experienced RN to join our night-shift team. You will perform venous access and infusion therapies, assess patients, and develop care plans in a fast-paced ED environment.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1+ year charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring safety.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy and adjust care plans.
• Assess conditions to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access patients.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and conduct appraisals.
• Mentor staff and promote professional development.
• Resolve conflicts to maintain team cohesion.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and team members.
