Job summary

AdventHealth Celebration Emergency Department is seeking an experienced RN for night shifts in a fast-paced ED. You will perform venous access procedures, manage infusion therapies, and monitor patients while coordinating with a skilled team across multiple stations.

The role requires an RN license in Florida, BLS/ACLS, and 1+ year of acute care experience. A sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation bonus of $3,000 are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring safety.
• Administer and monitor IV therapy and infusion treatments.
• Assess patient conditions to determine vascular access and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for infusion patients.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
