Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM, seeks a Nurse (RN) Manager for the Emergency Department. The role leads daily ED operations, patient care delivery, and staff management to achieve excellence in quality and patient experience.

You will collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of organizational goals in safety, growth, and financial performance.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field required.
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Supervises nursing and support staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and hospital policies.
• Collaborates with the Director and interdisciplinary teams to meet quality, safety, patient experience, and operational goals.
• Coordinates patient throughput, bed management, and reduces delays in care.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and staffing issues with sound judgment and leadership.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with all policies and standards.
