Ascension’s Emergency Department in Milwaukee is seeking a nurse leader to drive clinical excellence and oversee staff development. You will lead hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation to build a culture of clinical expertise and engagement.

You will design and implement unit policies and quality monitoring systems to ensure safety and efficiency, while balancing budgetary goals with staff and physician needs for high patient satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Requires RN license from Wisconsin Board of Nursing prior to hire.
• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Drive clinical excellence by identifying and resolving barriers to patient care.
• Lead full lifecycle of staff development from hiring to mentoring and evaluation.
• Develop and implement unit-specific policies and quality monitoring systems.
• Balance budgetary goals with staff and physician needs to ensure satisfaction.
