Qualifications

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence by identifying and resolving barriers to patient care and ensuring high-quality service.
• Develop and mentor staff through hiring, training, and evaluation to build a culture of clinical expertise.
• Develop and implement unit-specific policies and quality monitoring to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Balance budgetary goals with staff and physician needs to maintain high patient and provider satisfaction.
