EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT NURSE MANAGER

We have a unique opportunity as an Emergency Department Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee a rural community emergency department within a full-service hospital. The ED has 14 beds and sees about 17,000 annual visits per year servicing geriatric, adult, and pediatric patient populations.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, highly visible, and present leader to the team in the unit. As you know, ER nurses and staff want to see someone who can walk in their shoes and have the clinical street credibility to work in the ER.
Per the job description, you will be responsible for PEOPLE, QUALITY, SERVICE, GROWTH, and FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY as the leader of the department.
