Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days.
• Preferred: EMT, PCA, Nurse Assistant experience, or completion of fundamentals of nursing for nursing students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication & strong time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Obtain information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff and report any changes.
