Job summary

• 1+ year of experience in acute health care settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with phlebotomy, EKG, wound care and basic patient assistance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides direct and indirect patient care within scope of medical certification.
• Performs phlebotomy, EKG, wound care, and education on durable medical equipment.
• Assists with procedures, rooming and transporting patients, and stock management.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort, responds to call lights, and participates in quality improvement.
