Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking an RN Emergency Room Flow Facilitator to optimize patient flow in a fast-paced ED. You will coordinate triage, admissions, and discharges, applying clinical expertise to reduce delays and improve throughput.

In this role, you collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary teams to monitor throughput metrics, maintain safety and quality, and enhance the patient experience while meeting care standards in the Tallahassee, Florida area.
