Health Here seeks an RN Emergency Room Flow Facilitator to improve patient throughput in a high-volume ED by coordinating movement from triage to discharge or admission. The role emphasizes rapid triage, acuity assessment, and cross-disciplinary teamwork to reduce wait times and enhance patient safety.

The successful candidate will monitor ED capacity, support escalation for high-risk patients, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with emergency care knowledge and RN license.
