Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• 2 years of experience in related acute care
• Supervisor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and motivate staff on the assigned shift.
• Perform staffing duties within scheduling guidelines.
• Provide direct patient care as defined by the nurse practice act.
• Assess patient condition and administer medications and treatments.
• Document patient records accurately and promptly.
• Participate in system-wide quality improvement activities and education.
