Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience, at least one year in a clinical specialty.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Current pediatric advanced life support and ACLS/BLS within required timelines.
• Excellent critical thinking and ability to assume unit authority when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and participate in applicant interviews.
• Coordinate staffing patterns and monitor unit resources.
• Lead staff meetings and ensure quality care through the nursing process.
• Provide guidance during emergencies and support discharge planning.
