Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with basic and complex needs under RN supervision.
• Pre- and post-operative, and post-mortem care as required.
• Assist with restraints, monitoring, and patient mobility.
• Place electrodes and assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Care for infectious patients and isolation protocols as needed.
• Position patients safely and document intake, output, and vitals.
• Notify nurse of abnormal signs or concerns promptly.
• Identify at-risk patients and help prevent falls.
