Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient access across all phases of the revenue cycle.
• Register patients accurately into ADT/clinical systems during downtime.
• Ensure insurance eligibility and coordination of benefits for billing.
• Counsel patients on insurance coverage and financial liability.
