Veterinary Emergency Group in Memphis, TN is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced ER team. You will handle a wide range of emergencies, assist doctors, and provide compassionate care to pets and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred in veterinary technology.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT) in state required; VTS in ECC or anesthesia a plus.
• 1+ year experience in veterinary technician role; emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Excellent communicator; calm under pressure; ability to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support from triage to discharge.
• Assist in anesthesia, monitoring, diagnostics, and critical care nursing.
• Perform IVs, CRIs, blood transfusions, and other procedures as trained.
• Communicate with doctors and teammates to keep care flowing.
• Execute diagnostics, imaging, sample collection, and tube placement.
