Charities Housing Development Corporation in San Jose is actively seeking an Emergency Contact to monitor and report emergencies, maintenance problems, as well as health and safety concerns. This role involves responding to emergencies, retaining a list of emergency contacts, and conducting after-hours walkthroughs of the property.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with emergency procedures and maintain communication with management. A salary of $18.45 per hour is offered, along with the use of a free apartment based on a voluntary written agreement.

Monitor and report emergencies, maintenance problems, health and safety concerns, and lease violations that pose a threat to the health and safety of residents or the property. An emergency is any situation which is not under control and may result in injury, death or damage to the property.
No relocation benefits will be provided.
Salary: $18.45 per hour
