Job summary

SERVPRO of FWB is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee emergency restoration and renovation projects. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resources, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site.

Lead a team of supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors, manage risks, report progress to management, and maintain thorough project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Lead site team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safety and quality.
• Ensure work complies with building codes and regulations.
