Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service or clerical experience, or equivalent.
• Must obtain ACJIS/NCIC and CPR within six months of hire.
• Must type 35 wpm proficiently.
• Must pass polygraph and background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, classify by priority, and dispatch responders.
• Enter call details into CAD incident logs and track resources.
• Relay information to law enforcement, fire, EMS, and public safety personnel.
• Monitor radio channels and maintain responder safety information.
• Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues and City information.
