Responsibilities

• Assist customers in obtaining information and services.
• Collaborate with all levels of personnel and physicians to provide effective customer service.
• Operate department equipment and perform routine operational tasks including pager exchanges.
• Process diverse information requests via phone calls and messages, including emergency alerts.
• Activate health system and departmental emergency plans (codes, fire safety, disaster responses).
• Operate emergency communications equipment (telephone and paging systems).
