Qualifications

  • Current WSP employee with one year’s experience as a Communications Officer 1 within the last two years.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Use formalized training material.
  • Act as a resource.
  • Provide professional customer service using skills learned to manage and control emergency calls.
  • Use CAD, computer mapping, and access to sensitive databases to provide timely support and service.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information accessed or discussed in performing the work of this position.
