Job summary

A leading security services provider in Suitland, Maryland is seeking a qualified individual to monitor Federal Protective Services and radio traffic, manage emergency calls, and maintain communication systems. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a 911 dispatcher or similar function in an emergency call center.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Candidates will be required to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FPS and radio traffic while coordinating appropriate responses.
• Log all calls in database and maintain accurate records.
• Operate multi-channel radio and telephone dispatch equipment.
