Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Public Safety Dispatch operator to monitor alarms and systems, dispatch responders, and coordinate with the Call Center during emergencies. You’ll write reports, prepare communications, and support daily operations in a high‑pressure environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and record-keeping skills, with background in security, call-center, or dispatch valued. On-site position in Milwaukee.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service or call-center is preferred.
• Experience as a dispatcher or 911 operator is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emergencies by dispatching appropriate resources.
• Collaborate with Public Safety Call Center Operators during emergencies.
• Monitor security and environmental systems for alarms.
• Write log entries and routine reports of events.
• Prepare instructions and communications for department operations.
• Handle confidential information and perform general office tasks.
