Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV monitoring or radio communications is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and radio communications for multiple locations in the NCTD service area.
• Receive, evaluate, prioritize, and relay emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Provide support to district staff during emergencies and coordinate with public safety personnel.
• Coordinate resources and information with first responders and contractors.
• Capture video evidence and document activities; testifying in court when subpoenaed if required.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain activity logs.
