• Answer, evaluate, prioritize, and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls
• Monitor and process calls from multiple lines and alarms
• Monitor alarms, access control systems, and CCTV
• Remain calm and focused during life-and-death incidents
• May perform Public Safety Officer duties when assigned
• Performs other related duties as required
