Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of customer service/telecommunications, military, law enforcement or security experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate, and dispatch emergency and non-emergency calls for Police and Public Safety Officers.
• Monitor large number of incoming lines, intercoms, alarms, and CCTV.
• Monitor complex security systems and respond calmly to life-threatening incidents to ensure appropriate police, security, and medical response.
• May perform Public Safety Officer duties when assigned.
