Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience using a personal computer and typing 45+ words per minute.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch emergency response teams as required.
• Provide after-hours answering service to ambulatory clinics and manage appointments in scheduling system.
• Page physicians and on-call staff and relay essential information.
• Provide general information to patients and team members while protecting HIPAA.
