Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or able to legally work in the United States.
• Must be able to accurately type 40 words per minute.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and short notice overtime assignments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls using the CAD system.
• Operate a two-way radio system and monitor surveillance to direct officers and enhance safety.
• Enter data and perform inquiries in multiple law enforcement databases.
• Serve as liaison between citizens and police officers during calls or incidents.
