Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program required.
• Current Michigan RN License required.
• Current BLS for the Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification or completed within one year required.
• PALS certification or completed within one year required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the unit on assigned shift.
• Ensure focus on enhancing patient and staff satisfaction.
• Promote patient safety by maintaining high standards of care.
• Provide clinical mentorship and serve as a resource for unit personnel.
• Monitor productivity and implement cost-improvement initiatives.

Skills
