Job summary

Holland Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring an RN Supervisor/Charge Nurse for the 11-7 shift on site. The role focuses on supervising care, administering treatments, documenting care, and ensuring residents receive high-quality nursing services.

The ideal candidate holds an active PA RN license with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in long-term care, and is committed to leading a dynamic nursing team while supporting families and residents.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license.
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient's family in meeting nursing related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
