Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Specialty Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in TX or have an active compact license.
• BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily unit function and staffing.
• Monitor nursing care quality per policies and procedures.
