Corewell Health in Livonia, MI is seeking an Emergency Department team member to support RN‑supervised patient care. You will perform delegated tasks, monitor patient status, document responses, and assist with teaching and discharge under established competencies.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience as nursing assistant or inpatient caregiver.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Ability to perform routine and delegated patient care tasks under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform bedside nursing activities including ambulation, bedside care and patient comfort.
• Take vital signs, prepare for procedures, and assist with basic wound care and dressing changes.
• Gather patient information and document in medical record accurately.
• Support patient teaching and discharge planning under supervision.
• Maintain sterile technique and device safety; assist with therapies as directed.
