Job summary

Clinical and Support Options, Inc (CSO) seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its CBHC ESP in Gardner. You will lead clinical operations, provide on-site supervision, perform intake and psychiatric assessments, and work with hospitals and community partners to stabilize clients in crisis.

Requirements include a Master’s in a mental health discipline and a clinical license (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW). Five years in the field with supervisory experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline and a clinical license are required.
• Five years of experience working with mentally ill populations including at least one year with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory coverage of Crisis and Respite Programs when on-duty and guide counselors and clinicians.
• Provide on-call supervision of Crisis and Respite Programs as assigned.
• Perform intake and psychiatric assessments and determine dispositions for psychiatric emergencies.
• Facilitate intakes and assessments for domiciliary supports and coordinate crisis plans for frequent crisis presenters.
• Develop community contacts and coordinate crisis plans and protocols; liaise with hospitals, community agencies and police as needed.
• Ensure compliance with agency, DMH, DPH and third-party payer record-keeping requirements.
• Coordinate between Crisis and Respite programs including screening, admissions, and crisis intervention with Respite clients.
