Solplanet is seeking a Technical Manager - Utility Scale to provide leadership for utility-scale PV projects across EMEA. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in renewable energy and a degree in Electrical Engineering.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. You’ll support customers with grid code and inverter application expertise while working closely with R&D teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, preferably utility-scale PV.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale PV plant architecture and inverter technology.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and grid connection conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for utility-scale PV projects.
• Act as the main technical interface for EMEA utility customers.
• Support technical validation of utility-scale opportunities.
