Job summary

Veeva Systems is hiring recent university graduates to join its Business Consultant Development Program. The program aims to grow the next generation of consultants by pairing new hires with experienced team members on customer-facing engagements and delivering high-impact business solutions.

Participants will support and deliver all components of customer engagements, collaborate to optimize operating models and processes, and leverage Veeva’s software to produce tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate within two years postgraduate experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Process-driven with a passion for digging into operations, numbers, and data to uncover improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process/data analysis.
• Collaborate with Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize customer operating models, engagement models, processes, and business performance.
