Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EMEA professional education strategies aligned to Trauma business priorities.
• Design and implement education programs for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing and medical affairs to identify gaps and deliver targeted training.
• Drive digital learning innovations to expand reach and impact.
• Oversee regional education initiatives including symposia, workshops, and conferences.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate program impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with KOLs and external partners to shape high-quality educational content.
• Provide leadership to education teams and foster a culture of learning.
• Ensure programs comply with regulatory standards and corporate policies.
