Job summary

BRANDT® is looking for a Technical Agronomy Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The successful candidate will provide agronomic support and manage research partnerships, requiring expertise in Mediterranean specialty crops and fluency in both English and Spanish.

This position emphasizes technical support, data analysis, and leadership in crop positioning, with up to 50% travel necessary. A strong educational background in agriculture and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Mediterranean specialty crops preferred; additional experience with regional row crops is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic aspects of product research and design.
  • Highly developed customer service skills with a proven ability to foster strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise on BRANDT products to customers and the sales team.
  • Establish and manage a network of independent research partners.
  • Analyze regional trial data to validate product positioning and performance.
  • Support the development of regional crop positioning and technical strategies.
  • Travel up to 50% within the region.
