Job summary

Camunda is seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager for EMEA to lead a comprehensive events program across the region. You will own the strategy and portfolio, delivering flagship conferences and regional roadshows, while partnering with product, sales, marketing, and customer success to create memorable experiences that position Camunda as a leader in process orchestration.

You will manage end-to-end event delivery, define success metrics, and scale programs regionally, including

Qualifications

• 7+ years of events management experience, with leadership of large flagship events (500+ attendees) in B2B tech or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to manage multi-event portfolios with budgets, ROI analysis and optimization.
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets and multi-country event execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the EMEA flagship and portfolio event strategy.
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI for each event; drive pipeline impact and brand lift.
• Manage budgets across the full portfolio and negotiate contracts with venues, sponsors, and vendors.
• Lead all aspects of event delivery: venue contracts, vendor management, speaker coordination, attendee engagement, post-event analysis.
• Own the CamundaLocals program as a scalable initiative across EMEA.
• Define measurement frameworks and follow-up processes to track engagement and pipeline contribution.
