Job summary

Camunda is seeking an experienced events leader to own the EMEA flagship and portfolio events, driving end-to-end execution and impact for the region. You will manage budgets, venues, sponsors, and vendors, and lead speaker coordination and attendee engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of events management experience with 3+ years leading large-scale flagship events
• Proven track record managing multi-event portfolios with budgets and ROI analysis
• Deep understanding of EMEA markets and multi-country event management experience
• Exceptional project management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to influence executives
• Experience with event technology platforms and managing multiple events simultaneously
