Camunda is seeking an events leader to own and execute the EMEA flagship and portfolio event strategy. You will establish KPIs, measure ROI, and drive pipeline impact while managing budgets and vendor contracts.

The role includes managing the EMEA CamundaLocals program as a scalable initiative and coordinating with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships teams. You will secure executive participation, build sponsor relationships, and develop agendas that highlight Camunda's

• Own and manage the complete EMEA CamundaLocals program as a scalable, repeatable initiative.
• Define measurement frameworks and follow-up processes to track engagement and pipeline contribution.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships teams.
• Secure executive and product leader participation for flagship events.
• Build relationships with sponsors, industry partners, and media to amplify Camunda's market presence.
• Develop compelling event agendas that showcase Camunda's product innovations and customer success stories.
• Recruit and manage speakers from Camunda leadership, customers, and industry experts.
• Design breakout sessions, workshops, and networking formats that drive engagement.
