Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Early Talent & G&A Recruiter for EMEA. You will lead Engineering New Grad and Intern hiring, plus G&A roles across multiple businesses, partnering with regional and global leaders to build sourcing strategies and deliver a standout candidate experience.

You’ll collaborate with People, Legal, Finance and Mobility, mentor peers, and apply AI-forward recruiting tools. A growth mindset, diverse hiring, and high-impact visibility are key to success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech organisation with a very high hiring bar.
• Proven experience building Early Talent programs, hiring for Engineering New Grads and Interns in UK (mandatory) and G&A roles in EMEA.
• Strong communication and proactive partnership with stakeholders.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence, experienced working with a very diverse population of business leaders and switching context rapidly and comfortably.
• Innovation mindset: you’re comfortable implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• AI-forward: strong analytical skills when looking into hiring data and forecasting hiring needs.
• Optimising the use of the AI tools available to create a better candidate experience and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead G&A hiring across EMEA: partner with a very diverse group of business leaders, plan hiring by function (Finance, People, Legal, IT), and switch context fast to keep every business moving.
• Build our Early Talent programs in EMEA: lead local New Grad and Intern hiring, grow university relations and campus pipelines, and work with HQ on planning and execution and with local engineering leaders to hire early-career talent who meet our high bar.
• Build creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, tailored to each function and market and backed by EMEA market intelligence.
• Manage the pipeline from sourcing to onboarding, with an exceptional candidate experience.
• Use data to refine recruiting strategy and influence hiring decisions.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion through impactful hiring programs.
• Work with People, Legal, Finance and Mobility to streamline hiring, including country‑specific requirements.
• Mentor peers and foster a culture of learning in the recruitment team.
