Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Early Talent & G&A Recruiter to lead Engineering Early Talent and G&A hiring across EMEA, with direct visibility to regional and global leaders.

You will build Early Talent programs in EMEA, including university relations and campus pipelines, and use data to refine recruiting strategies while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role offers flexible remote work and a high-impact, AI-forward team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a tech organisation with a high hiring bar.
• Proven experience building Early Talent programs and hiring for Engineering New Grads and Interns in the UK.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and comfort with AI-forward tools and methodologies.
