Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the EMEA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery while partnering with HR, Finance and external vendors. The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and oversees a multi-level payroll team, with Polish payroll as a sizable scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 7–9 years of payroll experience.
• 3–5 years managing complex EMEA payrolls with regulation, tax and labor-law focus.
• Proven leadership experience and change-management skills.
• CPP certification.
• Strategic thinker with timing and tax implications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning, and development.
• Oversee leave scheduling and hiring decisions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor HRIS and IT collaboration; manage ServiceNow tickets and inquiries.
• Provide payroll-related reports and insights to HR and Finance.
