Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll execution for EMEA, including Poland, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and robust internal controls. The role serves as a payroll SME, supporting complex statutory requirements and harmonization across the region.

You will report to the Payroll Manager within Corporate, with flexibility to be on-site or remote as you maintain your current location. Experience with ADP, Workday, or SAP is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-country payroll processing.
• Strong end-to-end payroll expertise and knowledge of local regulations.
• Ability to manage priorities and make decisions independently.
• Experience handling escalations and sensitive payroll matters.

Responsibilities

• Process Polish and other EMEA payrolls for multiple companies within the group with precision and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with country, regional, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency.
• Support the rollout of standardized payroll workflows across the EMEA region.
